Both phones are Available in two variants of internal memories of 16 and 32GB, but only the Tab 3 allows expansion up to 64GB, while the Amazon device has another variant of 64GB. The Samsung device runs on Android v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) with the TouchWiz interface, and its opponent hydrothermal on Android OS, v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

Both of the tablets’ batteries are non-removable, but the Tab 3 has a bigger one, of 6800 mAh, Which is Li-Po and it allows a total duration of multimedia usage of 9 hours. The Kindle has a Li-Ion 4400 mAh battery.
