Amazon will be offering a new streaming television set top box ahead of the Christmas holiday. Following on the heels of a similar leak back in April, the Wall Street Journal reports That the new device would ask Roku-esque in implementation, offering access to most of the standard streaming TV options, while overpriced tightly integrated rating Kindle and Existing Amazon streaming video content. The sources have not Offered potential pricing or technical specifics for the device, Which Amazon hopes will ramp up users of the company’s Prime subscription program.
