LONDON – The U.K. arm of Hollywood studio Lions Gate HAS taken a 25% stake in London-based television producer Kindle Entertainment. The deal marks the first equity investment by Lionsgate UK in the TV business. Financial terms were not revealed.
The Kindle, Which was founded by Anne Brogan and Melanie Stokes eight years ago, produces children’s shows, Such as “Hank Zipzer,” “Dixi” and “Dinopaws.”
