In order to download a copy of Stephen Griffiths’ Open Door, you musthave an .epub or .mobi reader.
iBooks (iPad) Instructions
Step One
Download the Appropriate filetype (epub / mobi) depending on your device
Step Two
Launch iTunes by clicking .its icon in the dock
Step Three
Click to select Add to Library … from the File menu
Step Four
Select The eBook file from your Desktop and click the Choose button.
Step Five
Click to select books from the list of libraries on the left. Notice your book Is Now Listed.
Step Six
Connect your iPad to the computer and select it from the list of devices on the left.
Step Seven
Click to select the Books tab.
Step Eight
Check the Sync Books checkbox if it Already is not enabled.
If All books is selected then all your Books Will Be Transferred To The iPad. If Selected books is selected then you willneed to look below for the newly added Book and check the checkbox next to .its title.
Now click the Apply or Sync button at the bottom right of the window.
Step Nine
Once the sync HAS completed you CAN Open iBooks on your iPad to read your newly Transferred title.
* Note: If you do not have the iBooks app on your iPad, you can download it free from the App Store.
Kindle instructions
To add an eBook (“.mobi”) to your Kindle:
Turn your Kindle on
Connect the Kindle to your computer using the USB Cable That Came withyour Kindle
Drag and drop the “.mobi” ebook file into the Documents folder on your Kindle
When The USB activity indicator on your Kindle stops flashing “Safely Remove Mass Storage Device (Windows) or the” Eject “(Mac) the Kindle from your computer?
When The USB activity indicator on your Kindle stops flashing, unplug the USB cable from your Kindle
The Open Door eBook Should Go Appear in your Kindle library.

Loading a eBook to Kindle Fire:
To add a ebook (“.mobi”) file to your Kindle Fire:
Turn your Kindle on.
Connect the Kindle to your computer with a USB Cable (Note That The Kindle Fire does not ship with a cable so you willneed to supply your own).
Your Kindle screen Will now say, “You can now transfer files from your computer to Kindle”
On your computer, The Kindle’s harddrive Should be mounted and DISPLAYED AS “KINDLE”
Drag and drop the “.mobi” eBook file into either the “Books” or “Documents” folder on your Kindle
Unmount the Kindle from your computer: choose “Safely Remove Mass Storage Device” (Windows) or the “Eject” (Mac)
Your Books Will Show Up in the Docs section of your Kindle Fire, as well as in the carousel.
Using the Mobi eBook withother devices:
Each tablet / Manufacturer transfer process Differ slightly, so always check your user manual for your tablet device to familiarize yourself with the procedure.
