So far, The Network, Which Launched in October, is being described as a ghost town Because of the Registration Requirements. Presumably, thatwill change as it opens up, but It Will Still Have to Compete with companies offering similar services Including the Toronto-based Wattpad, Which HAS raised $ 67 million in capital, and Smashwords, a Los Gatos, Calif.-based self- Publishing Platform.
