In a bid to Increase the sale of its Kindle Fire HD 7 “tablet, Amazon cut down the price of the gadget in United Kingdom by 20 pounds and other European countries Such as France, Germany and Italy by € 30. The tablet is now priced at £ 139 in the UK and € 169 in the European countries.

In May Amazon had reduced the prices of 7-inch Kindle Fire HD to $ 179 (16GB) and $ 209 (32GB) for the U.S. market.
