Amazon Kindle Fire Announced Their HD 6 and Kindle Fire HD 7 tablets back in September while They started shipping them in early October. These are extremely cheap Android 4.4 KitKat tablets with Amazon’s Fire OS on top of them. This basically means That These devices are Heavily skinned and you would not able to tell they’re Android tablets just by looking at the UI, if you did not know what they’re all about of course.
