Lionsgate U.K. Takes Stake in TV Producer Kindle Entertainment – Variety

LONDON – The U.K. arm of Hollywood studio Lions Gate HAS taken a 25% stake in London-based television producer Kindle Entertainment. The deal marks the first equity investment by Lionsgate UK in the TV business. Financial terms were not revealed.
